Williams has taken a group of characters and written an all too brief, gorey story that might be a bit too much for the squeamish.

Rache and Fi are working their way from Liverpool to London, but as they travel they must kill three people for Bas Eachus, a hired gun with an enemies list. If they can’t prove that they have succeeded by a certain time, Bas will drain a pint of blood from Liam, Rache’s boyfriend. Ness has been having strange visions and has been treated at the centre for three years with no results. Ness is also seeking a past lover who is now appearing in her visions.

Williams is able to fit all of these pieces together into a finished puzzle that makes this into anything but a game. After this, you will be looking for other works by Williams. It is a story with depraved characters that you usually find in a story by Clive Barker.
