In this R rated science fiction thriller, we find some of the best of the characteristics of the 1950's thriller creature features and the current wave of X-Files related story lines that are popular today. It may be a low budget film, but the filmmakers have gotten the most bang for their buck in sets and special effects.

Two couples are camping when one of the girls happens to film what appears to be a UFO. Later, their car alarm goes off and they find themselves surrounded by aliens. When they regain consciousness, they are in a military facility where some strange experiments are taking place. It reminds me of a mental institution with the inmates in charge. Megan Lee Ethridge as Jean manages to regain her wits and does her best at gathering the members of her group together and attempting an escape. During the escape attempt, the truth behind the facility becomes apparent and the group is shown being found by Forest Rangers as the end credits roll.

There is plenty here for the horror and science fiction fan to enjoy. The script has plenty of surprises to keep the action moving. There is also enough gore to please those who like it as well. The cast and filmmakers do a very good job that should please all those who view it. It is available at Blockbuster, netflix.com and Amazon as well as other outlets
